Tomatoe-y Penne w. aubergine and mozzarella

This schtuff schmells scho gooood! So for the menu, I thought I could turn it into a lil pasta bake dish for easy re-heating… Hope you like it!

And, yes I really do think life is analogous to a dish of pasta smothered in tomatoe-y-ness and, its stringy bits of mozzarella and random pieces of basil leaf and aubergine.
