The Four Seasons Restaurant, New York

It does make you say wow. Is it the double height? The dimly lit ambience so your dining companions look all the more attractive than usual? The serene pool sitting admist the buzz and chatter of the room?  The prospect of perfection satisfaction? Rubbing shoulders with George Clooney?

Yet again, Micah makes a good point. Fine dining restaurants are scary. I too, find the grandeur all a bit OTT and stifling.

I want people to be able to sit and chill at my restaurant but still in classy surroundings… definitely not surrounded by ginormous pot plants.

The Four Seasons Restaurant is located at 99 East 52nd St between Park and Lexington, New York.
